01 — MANUFACTURE

Manufacture of Organic Fertilizer

We use sugar-mill byproducts — MUD PRESS and BOILER ASH — that would otherwise harm the environment. A five-stage process (digestion, granulation, screening, QC, distribution) turns them into safe, effective organic fertilizer.

Product 01

Organic Pure Brown

A fermented organic fertilizer made from plant-based raw materials, organic matter and charcoal. Humus from fermentation improves soil structure and locks in moisture and nutrients (N, P, K, Mg and trace minerals). With Bacillus subtilis & Japanese zeolite.

Bacillus subtilis — the microbe that does the work.

A naturally occurring decomposer that doubles in population every 40–50 minutes under optimal conditions. It is non-pathogenic to humans and animals, and is known to eliminate harmful pathogens such as E. coli O-157 and Salmonella.

  • Suppresses harmful molds & nematodes
  • Creates aggregate soil structure — better drainage & retention
  • Produces growth hormones (auxin / indole acetic acid)
  • Increases beneficial microbe diversity in soil
  • Fermented over 200 days; works in soil pH 5.5–8.0

Organic Coco Brown

Made from 100% raw organic material — coconut husk fiber called coco peat. Rich brown in color, it functions as fertilizer, soil conditioner, or even a complete soil replacement medium.

  • High water-holding capacity — fewer waterings
  • Excellent drainage & aeration
  • Lightweight, odorless, renewable
  • Contains natural Trichoderma for pest resistance
  • Can function as soilless growing medium

How to use

  • Hydrate in water for 2 hours until fully moistened.
  • In gardens: mix into soil or spread around plants.
  • In pots: use as soil substitute, leaving 1 inch below rim.
  • Water 2–3× weekly (moderate weather), 3–4× over 80°F.
ReSoil
Product 03

ReSoil

A 100% raw, 100% organic soil amendment derived from sugarcane bagasse ash — the byproduct that remains after sugar mills extract juice. No chemical processing, no fermentation. Soft texture that mixes easily into soil.

  • Neutralizes acidic soil caused by fertilizer use
  • Highest water-holding capacity with good aeration
  • Retains water and fertilizer nutrients effectively
  • Creates living space for beneficial microorganisms
  • Addresses continuous-cropping problems

Other uses

Beyond soil amendment, ReSoil serves as energy fuel, partial cement replacement, and raw material for ceramics.

Process

How Organic Pure Brown is made

STEP 1

Digestion

Material is transferred to fermentation pits for 14–21 days — boosting beneficial bacteria.

STEP 2

Granulation

Molasses and water are mixed to keep exact moisture & temperature for granulation.

STEP 3

Screening

Particles are screened so only appropriately-sized granules proceed.

STEP 4

Quality Control

QC verifies the product has the right nutrient components before distribution.

STEP 5

Distribution

Packed products are shipped to customers in the Philippines and abroad.
